24-26.09.04: He was invited to attend the "Visudyne National Advisory Board" in Dubai and presented the "PDT data in India".
12-16.09.04: He attended the 4th European Vitreoretinal Society Meeting- in Istanbul and performed Live Surgery on "25Guage in Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy with Tractional Retinal Detachment". He spoke on "25Guage Vitrectomy - Our initial experience". Besides this, he presented poster titled - "Transceleral Diopexy peripheral retinal ablation" and also the video titled- "Vitrectomy with intravitreal steroid".

03-06.06.04: Dr. S. Natarajan attended the 7th Vitreoretinal Symposium held in Frankfurt, Germany. He was the invited Guest Faculty and spoke on "Endoscopic PEELS". He also participated as the Leadership (Teaching Faculty) during the session "European Vitreo Retinal Training School" focusing on "Hands on machines", Pre-op eyes and training in a simulator.
01.06.04: He spoke on "Endoscopy" during the Bombay Ophthalmologist's Association (BOA)- Singapore National Eye Centre (SNEC) Academic Meet in Singapore.
16-30.05.04: He visited Doheny Eye Institute in Los Angeles, California to learn new developments in Ophthalmology in "Artificial Retina", "Retina Vein Cannulation" and "Clinical and Experimental Ophthalmology". He also gave a lecture in "Retina Detachment" which was well received by all the attendees. He learned to operate animals for implanting retinal chip under the guidance of Dr. Mark Humayun & Dr. Eugene de Juan.
26.04.04: He visited the Artificial Retina Lab at Phillips University in Marburg to setup the same in Mumbai.
15.09.2003 : He was invited for the joint meeting of 3rd European Vitreo Retinal Society Meeting and 6th International Society of Ocular Trauma Meeting and gave a talk on 'Vitreo Retinal Surgery in Ocular Trauma'. He was also the Moderator for the Symposium: "MY EXPERIENCE" Large Cases Series.
